The composition of the metal matrix of diamond powder, the quality of the diamond itself and the resistant sintering process of the diamond with the steel core, results in a longer useful life and a faster cutting speed.
It incorporates a series of perforations to improve the cooling of the disc and specially distributed grooves to minimize vibrations and the noise level generated during cutting, while reducing the stresses produced by the cutting itself.
